Overview
The Tamron SP 150-600mm 5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 is a Nikon-compatible ultra-telephoto lens within Tamron's G2 series, delivering upgraded optical performance. Notable features include handheld shooting with impressive definition, improvements over its predecessor (Model A011) such as faster AF speed, enhanced VC, Fluorine Coating, FLEX ZOOM LOCK, and teleconverter compatibility. The lens incorporates three LD lens elements for chromatic aberration elimination, boasts an optical construction of 21 elements in 13 groups, and employs anti-reflection technologies (eBAND and BBAR Coating) to enhance light transmission and eliminate ghosting and flare. With a reduced Minimum Object Distance of 2.2m, it facilitates tele-macro photography and offers dramatic bokeh.
Built to Tamron's high-quality standards, it combines engineering, performance, durability, and user-friendliness, making it an ideal choice for photographers seeking top-tier optical quality in an ultra-telephoto lens.
