Overview

The RMT-P1BT Wireless Remote Commander from Sony offers a convenient and seamless method for remotely controlling compatible Sony cameras. Bluetooth connectivity allows for adjusting certain camera settings and releasing the shutter from up to 5m away. The stylish commander features +/- buttons that enable users to adjust focus, recording, and power/digital zoom functions, as well as two assignable AF-ON and C1 buttons that mimic the functions of the same-named buttons on the camera body. A lock switch prevents unintentional changes to settings when the remote is not in use, while an LED indicator light displays the shutter, recording, or AF status. The device is also dust- and moisture-resistant, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
