Overview

The SkyWatcher Collapsible GoTo Dobsonian combines the light-gathering prowess of the Dobson telescope with the convenience of the SynScan computerized system. After alignment, the GoTo system effortlessly slews the telescope towards celestial wonders like planets, stars, nebulae, galaxies, and clusters from its extensive database of 42,900 objects. The Deep Sky Tour function simplifies stargazing, suggesting captivating objects at the touch of a button for even the inexperienced astronomer.

Featuring a patented collapsible system, this telescope is a blend of technology and portability, ready for night sky exploration in seconds with its spring-loaded mechanism enabling easy, single-handed tube extension.

The Freedom Find technology (dual-encoder) allows manual movement without losing pre-set alignment. Additionally, the Sky-Watcher Collapsible Dobsonians come equipped with a 2" Crayford focuser and focuser locking screw, enhancing the overall user experience.
