Overview
XS-series ultra-high grade speaker that delivers a high-density realistic sound and a spatial sound impression. The new 17cm (6.5'') component speakers KFC-XS1704 are precisely designed for High-Resolution Audio by using High Rigid Glass Fibre Diaphragm, Magnetic Circuit with Aluminum Ring and Phase Correcting Diffuser. High-Res Sound is Refined Further with 2-Way Tweeter. This unique 2-way tweeter creates a wide range of sound as each of the 2 tweeters reproduces a different frequency band delivering clarity and fullness.

High-Rigid Glass Fibre Diaphragm
Glass fibre is a material with high strength and high toughness. The woven glass-fibre diaphragm clearly provides all the detail and impact you expect.
Optimized Magnetic Circuit with Aluminum Short Ring
An aluminium ring minimizes unwanted distortion caused by electromagnetic induction of the voice coil, and it ensures a clear sound.
Aluminum Die-Cast Woofer Frame
A high-rigidity aluminium frame with high internal loss helps to suppress unwanted vibration, enabling the reproduction of natural, distortion-free sound.
Phase Correction Diffuser
Its special designed slits correct unwanted phase shifts and deliver a more life-like sound experience.
Special Center Dip Design
The concave shape on the centre part of the diffuser clearly reproduces a vocal sound image.
2-Way Tweeter
Featuring a completely reworked design from magnetic circuitry. The tweeter consists of two tweeters. This unique structure delivers the fullness in a wide range while each tweeter reproduces a different frequency band.
