Just follow the instructions: Put the power pack in the designated mesh pocket, stow Laptop (up to 13") in the padded inner compartment, the tripod is taken care of by the adjustable side straps and if it has to be parked on the ground, the reinforced and waterproofed bottom is guaranteed to keep everything dry. It can be so easy sometimes.
