The APP9KE7 includes a Vehicle Speed Sense Wire (VSS) input in the loom, which enables Wireless Carplay to work on compatible headunits when connected to a speed sense signal in the vehicle.

Important Notes:

• Same harness as APP9KE6 but also includes a Speed Sense Wire (VSS) which is required for Kenwood Headunits to enable Wireless Carplay function.
• Some installations may still require a small amount of hard-wiring.
• To enable Steering Wheel Control Function, must be used with compatible headunit and in conjunction with Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter.

Overview

The APP9 Series of harness are designed to plug directly into the back of the majority of aftermarket radios (Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer & Sony) and includes the correct steering wheel control patch lead.

Aerpro's range of Secondary Harnesses with Patch Lead are designed to plug into any Primary Steering Wheel Control Adapter making it an easy 2-step process. First, select the vehicle SWC harness (sold separately) then the secondary harness for your head unit's brand and its connector.

Aerpro APP9 harnesses work in conjunction with Aerpro Installation Kits, "CH" Steering Wheel Control Harnesses and Aerpro "APP" Primary ISO Harnesses.
