As you may or may not be aware on the 13th September 2012 Nikon will be releasing what we are willing to call 'the best new camera to market in a decade'. For too long now full frame DSLR cameras have been extremely expensive and for the semi amateur or enthusiast all but out of reach. Nikon recently released the Nikon D800 DSLR camera and we have not been able to keep up with demand and at the time we called it the best camera to hit the market in many years. But it was out of the reach of most people with a price tag over $4000. Back to our opening statement about this camera the Nikon D600 being the best camera to market in a decade. Simply put, IT'S AFFORDABLE, we are hoping to knock nearly $1500 off the D800 price and the new Nikon D600 has a feature set that would have it competing fairly with the Canon 5D at nearly twice or three times the price.

Sure, we are excited, you should be to. For a while now all of the manufacturers including Nikon have been spruiking about how good mirror less and compact interchangeable lens cameras are, sure they have their place BUT now is your opportunity to own a FULL FRAME camera so what you see with your eye through the view finder / lens is exactly the photo you will get.
