This amp actually does output 850wrms @ 4 ohm and 1550wrms @ 2 ohm. Ryda obtains its info from the Clarion site which has the typo.

the dpx11500 is the older version of dpx11551 but less power if i'm not wrong, if the dpx11500 is 1500rms at2ohm and 1 ohm , shouldn't the new one be more power (dpx11551) but it's actually less power , it's rating at 800rms at 2ohm and 1 ohm and it cost more, why would i want to but someting less power but cost more
