How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  All requests for the return of products must be done via email mailto:rma@ryda.com.au.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  The following policy applies to all products excluding any products listed on our website that have their own return procedures stated.

All product returns will be assessed on a cases by case basis and a request to have a product returned and an RMA - Returned Mechandise Authroity number issued must be done via email to mailto:rma@ryda.com.au.

Conditions for Returns
  • All returned products must be in as new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Any product returned with damage to the packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and a handling fee of up to 10 percent may be applied.
  • Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demostrated may be rejected and a handling fee of up to 10 percent may be applied with all additional costs including the shipping charges for returning the product to you also payable.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the original sale amount.
  • All requests for the return of products must be received via email within 14 days of purchase.
  • Shipping and insurance charges for returns are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated. If a product is returned back to us via our RMA procedure and you have chosen not to insure your delivery and we refuse to accept the return of the product for any reason you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Authorised returns will be processed via credit, replacement and or repair at Ryda Dot Com's discretion unless previously arranged.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
