Returns & Replacements

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • We accept NEW and UNUSED items for return for exchange or FULL refund within 30 days from sale date. Email rma@ryda.com.au for a return authorisation number. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyers is responsible for shipping charges.
  • All returned products must be in as new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied from the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any other condition other than new, a restocking fee will be applicable, see below.
  • OPENED and USED items are subject to approval dependant on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges. Email rma@ryda.com.au for a return authorisation number. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected, and returned at the customers cost.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to restocking fee.
  • Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation, unless previously arranged.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED/INCORRECTLY ADVERTISED

  • Wrongly shipped items should be reported immediately to rma@ryda.com.au. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
  • Products should remain in retail packaging in new condition.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If a product is incorrectly listed or ‘not as described’ this should be reported immediately to rma@ryda.com.au. We will assist in supplying a suitable replacement if available or a full refund will be issued. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.

EARLY LIFE FAILURE

  • Any goods received Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Early Life Failure (ELF) must be reported within the first the first 14days from successful delivery to the manufacturer and/or to rma@ryda.com.au with their accompanying support or case number. You will be issued a return authorisation for replacement/exchange or refund as per customer request.
  • Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation, unless previously arranged.
  • Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, or deducted from replacement kit.
  • Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

IN WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Goods outside of DOA/ELF are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions for repair/ replacement. Your goods are required to go back to the manufacture for assessment and replacement. Email rma@ryda.com.au and you will be replied with the fastest option to have this repaired or replaced. You will be given a repair number and any updates as available.  
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for goods to be repaired.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the seller. The seller will return the unit at their cost to an Australian address.

Do your Prices include GST?

All of the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax). The GST is shown as a separate line item on invoices, orders, in the shopping cart and checkout.

Do you Price Match?

It is our commitment to provide you with the best value, at the best price. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money!

We will happily price match with any local ebay or competitors website. Please send us an online enquiry to confirm that we can match with a particular offer.

Please note price matching usually cannot be guaranteed where:

  • The competitors shipping fees significantly exceed ours.
  • The competitors lower price requires a membership, discount coupon, product bundling or any other form of rebate.
  • The competitor is not a local authorised dealer for the item.

Where we are unable to offer a price match, we prefer to offer genuine service from a local retailer you can trust.

Do you 'Direct Import' products from overseas?

Yes, we do import some of our products from overseas. Our decision to import this product is in line with our company objectives to 'Offer our Customers the very best prices on the world's biggest brands and make sure our service is second to none'. Any product that has been directly imported by RYDA from overseas will be clearly stated on that products web page. Any directly imported product will be supplied with a full local Australian warranty.

Can I deal directly with the Manufacturer / Supplier?

Yes, of course you can, where the manufacturer / supplier accepts and supports direct customer service. If you are unsure on whether you can deal directly with the end manufacturer / supplier please contact us via email. Please note any product directly imported by us must be returned to us and NOT the supplier via our RMA process for service. Not all manufacturers offer direct customer assistance, please understand this does not mean you cannot call them for assistance it may just mean you have to send the product to us or an authorised service centre in Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we do not normally ship internationally. For inquiries on international shipping please email support@ryda.com.au.

Do you ship to P.O Box's?

Normally, we prefer not to ship to Post Office boxes, however we do understand many people on the land have no other way of receiving mail. We are happy to ship to P.O boxes in these cases but must ask for payment to be made by BPay, Paypal or Direct Deposit, credit card payments will not be accepted for P.O Box deliveries.
