Shipping & Delivery

We have a Flat Rate shipping charge for all orders of $9.95 no matter how many items you wish to order. Shipping charges for all Government, Corporate, Military and Bulk orders will be advised prior to the time of delivery. Please note some of our very bulky and heavy items are excluded from this offer. Wholesale volumes are also excluded from this offer.

At RYDA we understand the importance that your order is delivered in a timely manner and with the utmost care, that is why we choose to use Star Track Express the premium freight provider in Australia for our larger orders. Where possible our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly on the environment.

Normal delivery times for goods that are in stock are expected to be 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is dispatched to all major Australia Capital and Regional Cities. Rural deliveries can take up to additional 48 hours but on average 90% of deliveries are made within 1 to 2 business days of initial order for goods in stock.

Any items not in stock will be back ordered and a notification will be sent to your email address should that delay be extensive. Delays which the supplier expects to exceed 8 business days will be notified by email.

Pickup

We offer pickup of orders placed through our website at the RYDA DOT COM Superstore, located at 730 Parramatta Rd Petersham NSW. We will notify you by email when the order has been completed, to confirm that it is ready for collection. 

Please note that for security reasons, restrictions apply to collection of personal orders paid online by Visa/Mastercard by persons other than the card holder. Business orders paid by Visa/Mastercard may be collected by employees of the company, bearing suitable documentation/ID (Please enquire for further information). These restrictions do NOT apply to orders paid by Paypal or Direct Deposit.

Returns & Replacements

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • We accept NEW and UNUSED items for return for exchange or FULL refund within 30 days from sale date. Email rma@ryda.com.au for a return authorisation number. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyers is responsible for shipping charges.
  • All returned products must be in as new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied from the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any other condition other than new, a restocking fee will be applicable, see below.
  • OPENED and USED items are subject to approval dependant on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges. Email rma@ryda.com.au for a return authorisation number. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected, and returned at the customers cost.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to restocking fee.
  • Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation, unless previously arranged.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED/INCORRECTLY ADVERTISED

  • Wrongly shipped items should be reported immediately to rma@ryda.com.au. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
  • Products should remain in retail packaging in new condition.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If a product is incorrectly listed or ‘not as described’ this should be reported immediately to rma@ryda.com.au. We will assist in supplying a suitable replacement if available or a full refund will be issued. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the sellers cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.

EARLY LIFE FAILURE

  • Any goods received Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Early Life Failure (ELF) must be reported within the first the first 14days from successful delivery to the manufacturer and/or to rma@ryda.com.au with their accompanying support or case number. You will be issued a return authorisation for replacement/exchange or refund as per customer request.
  • Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation, unless previously arranged.
  • Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse.
  • Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, or deducted from replacement kit.
  • Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

IN WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Goods outside of DOA/ELF are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions for repair/ replacement. Your goods are required to go back to the manufacture for assessment and replacement. Email rma@ryda.com.au and you will be replied with the fastest option to have this repaired or replaced. You will be given a repair number and any updates as available.  
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for goods to be repaired.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the seller. The seller will return the unit at their cost to an Australian address.

Ordering

In building the new RYDA Car Audio website we endeavoured to ensure the experience you should have shopping on our sites is simply, efficient and rewarding. There are many ways of purchasing products on our website. You can use the very top level of navigation by clicking on one of the main categories and then navigating to the department or product that you are after. You may also want to use our whole of site search which is located at the top right of the website. The whole of site search will return search results relevent to the product you are searching for, as well  it may also return associated and related products to the product you are searching for. Finally, we have also built in the ability for you to be able to shop by brand. At the top left corner of the website there is a 'shop by brand' button. This will take to a webpage displaying all of the brands we carry online. By selecting a particular brand, let's say Kenwood, the website will return a list of departments of all of the Kenwood products available on the site.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

RYDA accepts the following payment types. Paypal, PayPal Express, Visa Card, MasterCard, Australian BPay Payment System and Direct Bank Deposit. American Express is presently not accepted online but are accepted offline, please contact our customer service staff to inquire further. American Express card purchases will incur an additional surcharge.

For your security we choose to use the PayPal Payflow Security Network as our payment processor online. PayPal International is renowned world wide as the leader in credit card and payment transaction online. RYDA partners with the National Australia Bank to ensure all of our transactions online are handled with the utmost care and meet the highest security levels.

Viewing Orders

You can view your current orders as well as all past orders by logging into the website at the very top of the website on the right. This will log you into your customer dashboard that allows you to view orders, change delivery details, manage wish lists, manage your account and change newsletter subscriptions.

Updating Account Information

You can view or edit all of the details relating to your online account with RYDA by logging into the customer dashboard. You can log in at the very top right of the home page. The account dashboard allow you to view current and past orders, change shipping details, change passwords, subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters, view product reviews you may have posted and edit your wish list.
