Featuring MPEG4 Video Compression Technology, built in CD/DVD burner/USB backup and network/remote Internet access, these DVRs have everything for the conscientious home or business owner wanting to set up a quality stand alone digital surveillance system. They can record up to 25 image frames per second per camera and utilising video compression technology enable high quality image recording with reduced file sizes, maximising the amount of footage that can be recorded on the hard drive. The Triplex operation adds to the systems functionality allowing live monitoring, remote playback and file backup at the same time. The unit is easy to operate, and the simple on screen display menu allows the user to search recorded footage and alter settings as required. If networked to a Windows PC, footage can be viewed and backed up via the network, using the included software and if the network has a high speed internet connection, footage can also be viewed remotely over the internet.
