Reproducing sound can be a very difficult task in an automotive environment.

That is why the Soundstream acoustical engineers have developed a new tweeter innovation called "Harmonic Induction Technology" or HIT in the Picasso full-range speaker line.

We use this brand new tweeter technology to put the lost harmonics back into the upper range of your music all the way up to 50 kHz. The new HIT tweeter has a very warm and accurate sound reproducing the lost harmonics and frequency range due to prior material limitations with the key ingredient of the diaphragm called tantalum.

Wired to an aftermarket deck, and being the sole speakers in the car at this point in time, I am very impressed with the improvent the speakers have made over the stock setup from VW. For just under 100 bucks, you can't go wrong. Im really looking forward to throwing a set in the back aswell, then hooking them up to a 4 channel. If you can though, step up to the tarantula range, especially the 6x9's, for $189, these things will loosen the wax in your ears!!! And as far as purchasing through RYDA, these guy's are hands down the best people to deal with in all of Sydney.

I have had these speakers for about 4 or 5 months now and i couldn't be happier i have listened to most of the other in the price area, or a bit higher and i was no disappointed with the performance of Soundstream Picasso's. Love the look of the spider grill and has major bass that will shake your window without distortion.
