First Class Customer Service |

It rare that I feel motivated enough to bother writing a customer review! Well, in these days where good "old fashioned" customer service appears to be long gone I can honestly report back that Ryda exceeded my expectations. Prior to purchase I sent an email enquiring about product recalls, LCD screen dead pixel policy, etc. I received a response within 1 business day which fully answered my all of my questions. I placed an online order that same evening. Whilst placing the order I noticed that Ryda was out of stock for about 2 - 7 days. To my surprise I received a telephone call the very next day to inform me that they had a G10 available ready to dispatch however one brand of SD card that I had ordered was out of stock & would I accept a different brand card as a substitute. To this I agreed & my brand new camera was duly dispatched & arrived two days later here in Perth as promised. What more can I say except "Great customer service guys keep up the good work".

Ryda Service and Canon G10 camera |

Excellant camera, amazingly good display, and decent Mac Compatable software included. Order/payment process, speed and accurate delivery within 2 days to the outback was outstanding. Great price also, only $10 more than if ordered from HongKong, and HongKong do not give GST invoice like RYDA does (I can claim back the GST) for an even better price.

Hi, I'd just like to say that I was very pleased with the service that I received from RYDA over the start of the NY period. I bought a Canon G10, which was out of stock at the time I ordered, but the price was extremely competitive. The live chat on the web site allowed me to speak with Derrick who told me the cameras would be available on the 30th of Dec. I stated on my order that if the cameras were going to be later than this that I would like a call. I got a call on the 29th to say they would now be delivered on the 9th of Jan. My CC charge was reversed - very thoughtful, thanks. On the 7th Jan I got another call to say the camera had arrived and was being shipped and that I would receive it the next day. I received it on the 8th.
Thanks for a great experience. This is the kind of service that I expect, but so rarely receive, especially from web shops. To get it at a time when the service from large bricks and mortar retailers has declined surprised me.
