Our Review & Notes:
Quite simply - WiFi. Whether you are technically minded or not, the ability now to transfer pictures and video on the go is a great feature. Whether you are in range of a WiFi network or have a mobile phone that you can tether (pair) with, this Canon camera is now fully mobile. Canon are also offering 10 Gigabytes of online storage at Canon Image Gateway, they won't call it the Canon Cloud but I will. This is great technology as you can share photos you have taken wirelessly with other devices like the iPad. You can even use your iPad as a wireless viewing screen. Enough about WiFi, the Canon IXUS 510 HS features 12x optical zoom and another new feature is Face ID Detection where the camera remembers the faces of people you have previously photographed.
